Mystras Fair

Every year, the great fair of Mystras is held from August 27 till September 2, where merchants and vendors gather from all around Greece to sell their commodities.

The beginning of this tradition is found in the early 1950's when mostly animals were being sold and it is held as a celebration to the memory of Saint John the Baptist.
